Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Hygiene And Nursing Agents For The Poviat Health Center S.A. In Kluczbork And The Care And Health Care Center In Wołczyn Ii Procedure
By The Supply Of Hygiene And Care Measures, The Employer Understands Successive Delivery During The Contract In Accordance With The Contracting Orders, Adapted To His Current Needs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With Information Containing The Manufacturers Data, A Description Containing The Manufacturers Indications As To The Properties Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Principles Of Secure Use And Expiration Dates. These Requirements Must Be Found On Or In The Package In The Form Of A Leaflet, Depending On What Item The Offer Applies, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. The Offered Assortment Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Act On Medical Devices, I.E. They Must Have Documents Allowing For Application And Marketing In Poland In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Medical Devices, And In The Case Of Products That Are Not Subject To The Provisions Of The Act On Medical Devices, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents, Pursuant To Which The Products Have Been Allowed For Market And Application. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Quantities Given Are Estimated And May Change By 20% Depending On The Future Needs Of The Ordering Party. Due To This Actually Ordered Quantities Will Constitute A Real Demand. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims For The Implementation Of The Contract Below The Value For Which It Will Be Concluded With The Abovementioned Rules. The Contractor Guarantees The Validity Period Of The Offered Medical Range Min. 3 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Partial Order. The Number And Type Of Assortment Are Specified In The Attachment Of The Assortment And Price Form.
