The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization Of The Transport Of 31 Program Participants (27 People Who Are Functional And 4 People Moving In Wheelchairs, Without The Possibility Of Folding The Pram), From The Place Of Residence (Area Of The Wodzisław Poviat) To The Complex Of School And Educational And Rewalidation Institutions In Wodzisław Śląski, Ul. Copernicus 71 And The Participants Transfer To The Place Of Residence As Part Of The Pilot Program Rehabilitation 25 Plus, Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled People, Implemented By The Team Of School And Educational And Revalidation Institutions In Wodzisław Śląski. 2 The Minimum Width Of The Entrance Door In One Of The Vehicles, Due To The Need To Help The Guardian When Getting On And Off The Participants, Must Be At Least 110 Cm.3. The Daily Route Of Transport Has Been Calculated From The Start Of Transport From The Zpswr Building (Place Of Receipt Of Guardians) To The Transport Of All Participants To The Zpswr, And Back, From The Zpswr Building To The Transport Of All Participants To The Reception Points And Return To Zpswr And Amounts To: 221 Km For 228 Days, According To The Records Specified Below. 4.
