2.3. Part I - Thermomodernization Works2.3.1. The Purpose Of Thermomodernization Works Of The Building, The Purpose Of Planned Construction And Installation Works Is To Thermo-Modernization Of The Building (Renovation Of The Existing Insulation Layer) In Order To Improve Its Technical Parameters In The Field Of Thermal Insulation Of The Building Partitions, Replacement Of Damaged Finishing Elements Of The Facade From Concrete Plates And Metal Grid.
