The Subject Of The Contract Is: Conducting A Preliminary Audit And Development (Based On The Results Of The Audit) And Implementation Of Information Security Management System (Szbi) Together With The Training For The Management From The Implemented Szbi Documentation. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 3.1. Preliminary Audit3.2. Preparation And Implementation Based On The Results Of The Audit Of Information Security Management System (Szbi) In Accordance With Iso/Iec 27001: 2022 And The Guidelines Of Directive Nis 2.3.3. Conducting Training For The Management Of The Implemented Szbi Documentation. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed For The Contracting Authority At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Full Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz And Attachments And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. It Is Required That The Contractor Has Commercial Tools For Detecting Susceptibility In The Ict Environment With An Active License.
