1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Transporting Students To Schools From The Kobylin Commune, For Which The Leading Body Is The Kobylin Commune. 2. The Service Includes:- Delivery To Primary Schools In The Kobylin Commune Together With The Transfer To Places Of Residence Or Bus Stops On All Schools Of School, During The Hours Set And Agreed With Individual Schools;- Commuting For Additional Sports, Educational And Cultural Activities Together With Access To A Dentist On Schools Or Other Than School Days, Whose Necessity Of Implementation Results From The Organization Of The Work Of Educational Institutions And The Organization Of The School Year And The Organization Of The School Year - According To The Occasional Distribution, Agreed With The Ordering Party. 3. The Service Should Be Provided By A Minimum Of 5 (Five) Buses, Including 2 (Two) Buses Adapted To Transport A Minimum Of 50 People And 1 (One) Adapted To Transport A Minimum Of 60 People And 2 (Two) With A Capacity Of A Minimum Of 23 People. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To:- To Substitute Technically Efficient Vehicles, Having Current Technical Tests, Marked With Appropriate Boards Providing Students. In Autumn And Winter, Students Bringing Students Must Be Heated.- Immediate Notification Of The School In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure,- Securing A Replacement Means Of Transport Of The Required Standard In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure.- Ensuring Safety And Care For Students During The Service, Min. Through Guardians, In Accordance With Art. 17 Para. 3 Of The Act On The Education System. The Drivers Care Is Not Sufficient. The Estimated Number Of Kilometers For Student Delivery To The Dentist And For Additional Classes Is About 800 Km Per Month. In Total, For The Duration Of The Contract (10 Months), The Estimated Amount Of Km Is 91,000 Km.
