1 A Full List Of Assortment That Is The Subject Of Deliveries And The Estimated Number Of Ordered Products Were Given In The Assortment And Quantity Specification, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz. This Attachment Is Part Of The Offer, And Therefore Must Be Submitted With The Form Of The Form Provided For The Offer. 3. The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of The Contract, Were Specified In Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.5. In Reference To Art. 433 Item 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Fail To Realize The Subject Of The Contract Worth Up To 50 % Of The Gross Remuneration. There Is No Financial And Legal Claims Due To The Non -Realization Of Part Of The Order. The Amounts Given Are Estimated And Do Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Buy Goods In These Quantities. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Contract In Collective Packaging, Properly Sorted And Protected Against Damage, In Temperature Conditions Recommended By The Manufacturer And A Clean Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Contracting Authority At The Contractors Expense. 8. Persons Performing The Delivery Must Have A Current Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes, Which They Show At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Certificate Of Entry In The Register Of Plants Subject To Official Control Of The Competent Authorities - In Accordance With The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And/ Or The Act Of 16 December 2005 On Animal Products (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 872). The Contractor Must Be Subject To Constant Supervision Of The Competent Authorities. 10. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Listed In The Applicable Law Regarding The Production And Trade Of Food. Each Product Must Be Manufactured And Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Haccp.11 System. The Shelf Life: The Contractor Will Guarantee That It Will Provide The Ordered Assortment In Accordance With The Order With The Expiry Date Ensuring The Safe Consumption Of The Delivered Products. The Minimum Shelf Life Required By The Employer Was Specified By The Employer In Column No. 8 Of The Assortment And Quantity Specification, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
