1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Multifunctional Field In The Branch Of Sp No. 3 And Modernization Of The Sports Fields And The Efficiency Playground At Sp No. 2 In Marki. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Whole Work And Obligations Necessary To Comprehensively Implement At The Construction Site Of The Construction Of School Sports Infrastructure, Which Consists Of: A) Renovation Of The Multifunctional Field In The Branch Of Primary School No. Ul. Duży 3 In Marki, B) Renovation Of A Multifunctional Field At Primary School No. 2 At Ul. Szkolna 9 In Marki, C) Renovation Of The Basketball Court At The Grounds Of Primary School No. 2 At Ul. Szkolna 9 In Marki, D) Renovation Of The Football Field At The Grounds Of Primary School No. 2 At Ul. Szkolna 9 In Marki, E) Renovation Of A Fitness Playground Constituting An Integral Part Of Sports Infrastructure At The Grounds Of Primary School No. 2 At Ul. Szkolna 9 In Marki. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Being The Subject Of This Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.3. Subject To The Exceptions Clearly Indicated In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, Regardless Of The Special Circumstances, The Gross Flat -Rate Remuneration Referred To Above May Not Be Increased Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. However, The Above Does Not Exclude The Possibility Of Increasing The Contractors Remuneration Provided For In Art. 632 § 2 Of The Civil Code. 4. The Amount Of Remuneration Must Be Gross Contains The Costs Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Resulting Directly Or Indirectly From The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Technical Knowledge, And The Costs Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In Particular The Costs Of All Preparatory, Ordering Works, Development Of The Construction Site, The Costs Of Securing The Construction Site, As Well As The Costs Of All Necessary Tests, Trials, Technical Acceptance And The Costs Of Insurance Contractors, As Well As Conducting Through The Entire Warranty Period: Service And Inspections Needed For Proper Operation Of Built -In Devices, Installations, Technology And Equipment Elements, With Frequency At Least Once A Year. 5. The Amount Of Gross Remuneration Must Include The Contractors Risk And Liability For Checking The Contract Together With Its Attachments, Taking Into Account Any Inaccuracies, Contradictions Or Incompleteness. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform As Part Of A Lump Sum Gross Remuneration Specified In The Contract All Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract.
