1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In The Field Of Acceptance, Movement, Delivery Of Postal Parcels In Domestic And Foreign Trading, For The Needs Of The Commune Office In Zakrzewo. The Scope Of Services Also Includes A Refund To The Sender Of Parcels After Exhausting The Possibility Of Their Delivery Or Issuing The Recipient And Courier Parcels. 2) The Service Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions: A) The Act Of 23 November 2012 - Postal Law (Journal Of Laws 20125, Item 366), B) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of 29 April 2013. On The Conditions For Providing Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 1026 Of 2024 Item 1745) C) Other Legal Acts Related To The Implementation Of The Services Being The Subject Of The Contract Issued Under The Act, Regulation Or Regulations.D) By The Regulation Of The European Parliament And The Council (Eu) 2016/679 Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Personal Data In On The Free Flow Of Such Data And Repealing Directive 95/46/We3) The Quantity And Type Of Shipments Described In Annex 1 - Offer Form. The Amount Given Is Estimated. The Employer Guarantees A Minimum Implementation Of The Contract At The Level Of 50% Gross Wage.
