1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works On The Investment Task Entitled Modernization Of The Foyer Of The Lublin Philharmonic In Lublin. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Task No. 1- Modernization Of The Foyer At +2 Level, Voids At Level +3 And Floors In Staircases And Bathrooms:- Making A New Interior Design Of Existing Rooms, Without Interfering With The Current Functional Division,- Electrical And Teletechnical Installations With Adapting Them To The Designed Arrangement,- Ceilings,- Walls, Furniture;- Door And Window Joinery; 2) Task No. 2- Modernization Of Office Space At +3:- Dismantling Part Of The Partition Walls,- Ceilings,- Floors,- Walls,- Door And Window Joinery. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Descriptions And Drawings2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Issues Of Works, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. Speeching During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Request Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 1) And Stwiorb.
