The Subject Of The Contract Is A Renovation Of Cloakroom And Sanitary Rooms In A Building In The Sports Hall At Ul. Sportowa 2 In Duszniki, In Accordance With: 1) A Preliminary Of Works, Which Constitutes Annex 1.1 To Swz; 2) Technology And Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification And Receipt Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Which Constitutes Annex 1.2 To Swz; 3) Applicable Provisions, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Technical And Construction Standards, Polish Standards In Force In This Respect, Having Directly Applicable Directives And Norms Of European Union And Construction Art; 4) The Cost Estimate Of The Contractor; 5) Concluded The Contract. Reconstruction Of One Of The Sanitary Facilities To Enlarge For The Needs For People With Disabilities; 2) Renovation Of Wall And Painting Coatings; 3) Repairing Floors; 4) Replacement Of The Door Joinery; 5) Room Equipment; 6) Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installation; 7) I Will Remove The Heating Installation. Which Are In Continuous Use, In A Non -Clicking Manner With The Functioning Of The Building, As Little Burdensome For People Working And Staying In The Building. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In:  Annex 1.1 To Swz-The Bill Of Quantities For The Task: Improving The Cloakroom And Sanitary Conditions In The Cloakroom Building In The Sports Hall Ul. Sportowa 2 In Duszniki. Renovation Of The Cloakroom Rooms;  Annex No. 1.2 To Swz-Stwiorb For The Task: Improving The Cloakroom-Sanitary Conditions In The Building In The Building Sportowa Hall Ul.  Annex 11 To Swz - Draft Contract; - Which Should Be Considered Together; 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Carry Out All The Construction Works And The Accompanying Supplies And Services Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Case Of Doubt, It Is Considered That The Contractor Undertook To Perform All Works, Supplies And Services Covered By The Documentation Indicated In Point 2 Above. In Case Of Any Contradictions In The Entries Contained In The Documents Listed In Point 2 Above, They Should Be Translated In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Order, In A Manner Ensuring The Correct Implementation Of The Investment. In Particular, In The Event Of Any Doubts Or Contradictions In The Content Of The Documents Listed In Point 2 Above, It Should Be Borne In Mind That The Intention And Purpose Of The Contracting Authority Is To Ensure The Best Quality And Functionality Of The Object Constituting The Subject Of The Contract And The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Contract With Applicable Standards And Regulations At The Time Of Receipt.
