The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: 1) Purchase Of 1,770 Radio Water Meters Together With Their Delivery With Other Devices Necessary To Implement The System (I.E. A Device For Readers Of The Line Code Of The Meter, Necessary Software/Licenses, It System For Remote Readings From The Delivered Radio Water Meters) 2) Implementation And Configuration Of A Dedicated Information System Operating In The Service Model. Intended For Handling Remote Readings And Managing Data From Measuring Devices (Water And Heat Meters), Along With Integration With The Billing Or Accounting Systems Held By The Ordering Party. The Water Meter Will Have A Hermetic Radio Module. 90% Of Water Meters Should Have A Diameter Of 20 Cm, While About 10% Of Water Meters Should Have A Diameter Of 15 Cm. The It System Should Allow, Among Others,:- Collecting Reading Data Via Compatible Radio Receivers.- Storage Of Data In A Safe Cloud Environment With 24/7 Availability From The Web Browser. Users With Assigning Appropriate Permissions (Including Network Administrator, Collector, End User) .- Data Export And Generating Dedicated Reports With The Possibility Of Their Further Use In Settlement Systems. It Is To Be Possible From Any Device With Internet Access.- The Implemented System Must Be Compatible/Integrated With The It System Used In The City And Commune For The Settlement And Invoicing Of Water Consumption And Sewage Discharged,- The System Implemented In Addition To The Possibility Of Importing Readings In The Office, Should Also Enable Issuing Invoices In The Field,- Data Storage Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Current Norms Security And Regulations Regarding The Protection Of Personal Data (Gdpr). Establishment Also Includes The Possibility Of Using A Dedicated Mobile Application On Android, Which Should Allow:- Collecting Readings In Walk-By/Drive-By Using A Compatible Radio Receiver. System Configuration For The Needs Of The Employer,- Training Of End Users And Administrators,- Ensuring Technical And Service Support. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver All The Equipment Purchased As Part Of The Order At Their Own Expense. The Use Of Individual Elements Included In The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Successively To The Contracting Authority, On The Principles Set Out In The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz. The Delivery Of Appropriate Materials Cooperating With Water Meters Will Take Place Together With The Supply Of Water Meters. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Proposed Equipment, Factory -New And Free From Defects, Meeting The Conditions Of Safe Products. All Elements Included In The Order Must Be High -Quality Products.
