Part 1- Delivery Of Students To The Primary School In Daniszyn And The Public Kindergarten In Daniszyn And The Passage To The Place Of Residence. 1) Delivery Of Students In The Period From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026 To The Primary School In Daniszyn And The Public Kindergarten In Daniszyn And The Passage To The Place Of Residence After The End Of School Classes On The Route- According To Annex No. 9 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Students To Transport: 52 People Each Route. Carbonoms Implemented With One Bus (Delivery - 2 Courses, Resources - 3 Courses: Monday, Tuesday And 2 Courses: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) Sitting Places For Pre -School Children And Grades 1-3: Min. 28 Persons2) Implementation Of Occasional Transport On Days Other Than School Days (Retreat, Working Off Days Of Education, School Holidays, Transport Of Students To Environmental Events Organized By The Contracting Authority, Etc.), Whose Need To Implement Results From The Organization Of The Work Of Educational Institutions And The Organization Of The School Year - According To The Occasional Distribution, Agreed With The Ordering Party. 3) The Delivery And Departure Of Students Should Be Provided On School Days Provided For The Organization Of The School Year, Starting From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026 (188 Service/Days). A Detailed Travel Schedule On The Route Is Annex 9 On Individual Days Of The Week: Monday- Friday. 4) The Transport Of Children Can Only Take Place By Means Of Transport Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions:- Act Of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And Other Provisions Related To The Transport Of Passenger, - The Act Of 6 September 2001. On Road Transport (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1539, As Amended). The Contractor Must Provide Students With Safe Transport, I.E. Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions. The Contractor Insures Buses And Passengers From All Damage Caused During Transport And In Connection With Transport. Cargoists Serving Buses Should Know The Route And Stops, And The Rotation Of Drivers Is Inadvisable. 5) The Contracting Authority Provides Care For Delivery.
