Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Students Attending Educational Units Run By The Kartuzy Commune As Part Of A Public Transport Network Of Public Transport
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For School Children And Youth, Attending Educational Units Run By The Kartuzy Commune, Entitling To Use In The School Year 2025/2026 From Buses, Supporting The Network Of Regular Public Bus Transport Lines, With Particular Emphasis On Connections From The Designated Stops And From Educational Institutions. Monthly Tickets Will Be Issued For The Period From The First To The Last Day Of A Given Month. 2. The Contractor Should Ensure The Transport Of School Children And Youth From 01/09/2025 To 30/06/2026 From 6:30 To 18:00 On Schools And Winter Holidays. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine In Consultation With The Contracting Authority And Timetables Of Communication Lines, Which He Intends To Implement Deliveries And Resources In Such A Way That Children Are Transported To Schools At Least 10 Minutes Before The Start Of Class. 4. In The Timetable, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Initial, Indirect And Final Stops - Indicated By The Employer As Necessary To Carry Out The Own Task In The Form Of Delivery And Transport Of Students. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Timetables Of His Communication Lines To The Start Hours And End Of The Class. The Contractor Is Obliged To Change The Timetables Each Time The Classroom Plans Change.
