1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Successive Catering Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Which Will Take Place As Part Of Successively Organized Meetings Related In Particular To: Guests Visits, Conferences, Seminars And Occasional Meals During The Contract. European Union And International Projects, Implemented At The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science, As Well As Other Projects That May Occur During The Contract. 2. Codes According To The Classification Of The Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 55520000-1 Meal Supply Service, 55321000-6 Meal Preparation Services. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Both Parts Of The Procedure Can Be Found In Annex 5 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Material And Numerical Scope Was Included In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Quantities Given In It Are Not Binding And Constitute Only An Estimated Quantity In The Expected Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Actual Amounts Will Only Result From The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 5. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Principles And Conditions Described In Swz And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.6. The Offer Submitted By The Contractor Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Which The Contractor Is Applying For. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz Together With The Attachments.
