General Requirements In The Scope Of Equipment Supply: 1) The Supplied Equipment Must Be Free From Legal, Physical Structural, Material Defects And Non -Possessing Signs Of Use; 2) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, It Must Come From The Official Manufacturers Sales Channel To The Polish Market, Come From Serial Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Equipment Model; 3) Prototype Products Are Unacceptable, Long -Term Storage Devices Are Not Allowed (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2023) And From The Manufacturers Sale Programs. The Devices May Not Be On The End-Of-Sale And End-Of-Esupport List; 4) The Contractor Will Provide The Delivery Of Equipment To The Indicated Location At The Employer; 5) The Contractor Is Responsible For Configuring Physical And Logical Connections, Connecting And Configuring Devices For Action, Allowing To Start Work; 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Configure The Ordered Equipment In Consultation With The Contracting Authority Remotely Or On Site. 5.
