The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Specialist Taxi Service For The Inhabitants Of The City Of Gniezno, Who Are At Least 75 Years Old And/Or Have A Significant Degree Of Disability And Need Support In Everyday Functioning Who Have Difficulties In Their Own Movement Of Public Transport Or Have No Other Way Of Moving. Project Entitled: Gniezno Focuses On The Development Of Social Services Co -Financed Under The European Funds Program For Wielkopolska 2021-2027. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is - Annex 1 To Swz.2. Estimated Number Of Courses: Providing A Specialist Taxi Service For The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 20, 2025 In The Number Of 240 Courses. The Monthly Number Of Courses Cannot Be Less Than 40 Courses. The Contracting Authority Provides For A Decrease Or Increasing The Number Of Courses By A Maximum Of 20 % During The Contract (By Annex To The Contract). So The Minimum Number Of Guaranteed Courses Can Be 192 Courses And A Maximum Of 288 Courses.
