The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: Polytechnics, The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering And Shipbuilding, Building No. 30, Room 227, Ul. G. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Without Prior Operation, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Be A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Contract In The Dimension: Min. 12 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Without Comments. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 5 To Swz. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Principles And Conditions Described In Swz And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
