The Contractor May Offer A Product With Parameters Better Than Described By The Ordering Party In Annex 1 And 1 A To Swz3) In The Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment (Annex 1 A), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name: A) The Manufacturer And Brand, Type, Model Of Offered Equipment (Server) B) Manufacturer And The Name Of The Offered Software C) Manufacturer, Model And Name Processor) In The Technical Specifications Of The Offered Hardware And Software, Is Obliged To Describe The Offered Hardware And Software, Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Description Should Be Made In Such A Way That The Contracting Authority Is Able To Determine Whether The Offered Hardware/Software And Its Individual Elements Clearly Meet The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. The Parameters Of The Hardware/Software Offered Should Be Determined In A Clear And No Doubt. The Above Will Be Used To Assess Whether The Offered Hardware/Software Meets The Requirements Of The Employer And To Reliably Compare The Offer Submitted By The Contractors. Each Position Of Annex 1A Must Be Completed By Providing The Data Of The Offered Hardware/Software. By Completing The Contracting Authority Understands The Describing/Indicating The Technical Parameters Of The Proposed Hardware/Software In A Way Confirming The Fulfillment Of All The Conditions Set By The Ordering Party. It Is Not Allowed To Enter Statements, E.G. In Accordance With The Specification, Yes, Meets Etc. The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Hardware/Software Must Be Specified And Unambiguous. Annex 1A To Swz Is Also A Technical Specifications Of The Hardware/Software Offered By The Contractor. 6) Due To The Fact That The Equipment And Software Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Not Be Used By People With Dysfunctions Forcing The Use Of Special, Dedicated Devices Supporting Work In Positions, The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Include In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Additional Provisions Referred To In Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act (Adequate To The Subject Of The Contract).
