Tenders are invited for Law Firm for Company Registration and Trademark Registration. Project Title: Fostering Economic Growth and Diversification in the Coastal and Northern Matn Cluster of Municipalities_UNDP. The objective is to support 50 MSMEs and startups at various growth stages (Nascent, Advancing, and Mature) across sectors including Agriculture, Agri-food, Creative Industries, ICT, Services, Retail & Wholesale. The support includes training, coaching, and financial assistance, with a focus on sustainability and gender inclusion. Scope of Work A. Company Registration Unit: Service Quantity: 1 Register Blazed Hot Flavors as an establishment (Distribution & Export) B. Company Registration Unit: Service Quantity: 1 Officially register OyaWay as SARL C. Trademark Registration Unit: Service Register trademarks for OyaWay brand and Oya Shapes. 4- Expected Deliverables (Supporting Documents): The consultant is expected to submit a report after undertaking the tasks and activities for each deliverable noting that the total number of working days should not exceed the 4 months through a detailed workplan.
