Tenders are invited for Supply of Shop Sign (New Store Signs/Banner) Project Title: Fostering Economic Growth and Diversification in the Coastal and Northern Matn Cluster of Municipalities_UNDP. The objective is to support 50 MSMEs and startups at various growth stages (Nascent, Advancing, and Mature) across sectors including Agriculture, Agri-food, Creative Industries, ICT, Services, Retail & Wholesale. The support includes training, coaching, and financial assistance, with a focus on sustainability and gender inclusion. Technical Specifications A- New Store Signs/Banner Unit: Piece Quantity: 1 Description of goods 6 ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) Panel signs dimensions in meter: 3.3*0.8 m 4* 0.8 m 2.3*0.8 m 3.25 m*0.8 m 2.92*0.8 m 4.26*0.8 m Delivery location(s): Coastal Matn Area A sight visit is required to be able to provide a price quotation, to schedule the site visit, please contact FTL Procurement at +961 79 322 294 to coordinate the date, time, and exact location. 4- Requirements & conditions The supplier shall provide FTL with a quotation that would include, whenever applicable: o a picture of each item. o A detailed description of the item such as catalogues, o The warranty terms in the quotation. o Certificate of origin. o Delivery terms. The supplier shall send a sample of the requested items prior to final confirmation, when applicable. The supplier shall deliver and install all or some of the items at the designated workshops/offices located in Coastal Matn Area. The provider shall also ensure the availability of workers/helpers to assist with loading and unloading as needed. Quotation validity period: Quotations shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation. Partial Quotes: permitted. Partial bids within each lot are allowed. Bidders may quote for one or more lots. However, partial quantity and item within each lot is not allowed. Evaluation will be carried out for the total requirements under each lot.
