Reagents Laboratory - Delivery Of Other Reagents: Task 1 - Salt Briquettes. 3.3. Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Offered Medical Product Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Be Registered In Accordance With The Law Requiring The Possession Of Approvals, Certificates And Registration, 2. The Offered Medical Product Must Be Placed On Trading And Use In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 April 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, D.), 3. The Offered Medical Product Must Correspond To The Standards Or Technical Specifications In Force For This Product; In The Event That The Offered Medical Product Did Not Require Notification To The President Of The Office For Registration Of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Biocidal Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform At His Own Expense And On His Own All Activities Necessary To Complete All Requirements Of Law Related To The Introduction Of The Product On The Market And Use In The Polish Republic. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Such Activities Within The Time Limits Arising From Applicable Regulations And Provide The Employer With Relevant Documents Confirming The Performance Of Such Activities On These Dates. 3.4. In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterized Specific Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Have Been Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, However, In Each Such Situation, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor Equivalent To The Above -Described Way. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes Specific Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Such Situations, Possible Indications Should Be Read Together With Or Equivalent Words. 3.5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Principles Set Out In The Contract. The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement That Will Be Entered Into The Contract Constitute Attachments To Swz. Information On The Expected Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8, If The Employer Provides For The Award Of Such Orders, The Employer Does Not Provide For The Award Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. Description Of The Criteria That The Employer Will Follow When Selecting The Offer, Along With The Scale Of These Criteria And How To Evaluate Offers 13.1. Evaluation Of Offers Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Specified Criteria
