The Subject Of Performance Is To Build A New Parkour Playground In The Town Of Přeštice Involving The Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Parts Of The Playground, Supplying Individual Elements, Their Assembly And Installation, Building Impact Areas, Disposing Of The Resulting Waste And All Other Works Necessary To Complete The Playground In Accordance With All Valid Regulations. The Supplier Will Provide Deliveries And Related Work To The Contracting Authority On The Basis Of The Contract And According To The Highest Standards Of Professional Efficiency And Quality. The Supplier Will Respect The Applicable Legal Order Of The Czech Republic In The Implementation Of The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract. All Game Elements Must Be Provided With Valid Certificates And Certificates That Must Be In Accordance With Both European And Czech Standards, Especially Czech Technical Standards Čsn, Čsn En, Čsn Iso (Especially Related To Game Elements) And Other Legal Regulations, Recommending Standards And Methodologies Related To The Subject Of Public Contract. Because It Is A Publicly Accessible Playground, The Material Must Have A Long Life And The Elements Must Be Constructed With Regard To High Stress And Possible Vandalism.
