The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Make The Layout Of The Location Of The Buildings Necessary For The Production Of Biomethanol, Which Is The Object Of The Special Plan (To Determine The Possible Locations Suitable For The Corresponding Buildings In The Planning Area), Including The Preparation Of A Local Government Special Plan And Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment. The Planned Area Is The Territory Of The Entire Põltsamaa Rural Municipality (Area 889.56 Km²).
