The Client Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement With One Supplier For The Delivery Of The Tool To Be Procured. The Agreement Comes Into Force As Soon As It Is Signed By Both Parties And Shall Apply For A Period Of 4 Years, With The Possibility Of The Client To Extend The Duration Of Two Periods Of 2 Years At A Time (2 + 2 Years).
