Standing Offer For Pacemakers, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators- Icds And Implantable Loop Recorders- Ilrs . This Request For Proposals (The Rso) Is An Invitation By The Province Of Nova Scotia (The Province) As Represented Herein By The Minister Of Service Nova Scotia, For And On Behalf Of The Nova Scotia Health Authority (Nsha, And Together With The Province, Nova Scotia), To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Standing Offer For Pacemakers, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (Icds), & Implantable Loop Recorders (Ilrs) As Further Described In The Rso Particulars (Appendix D) (The Deliverables). This Rso Is Being Conducted Pursuant To The Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy And Procurement Manual. The Selected Proponent(S) Will Be Requested To Enter Into An Agreement With The Province For Theprovision Of The Deliverables In The Form Attached As Appendix A To The Rso (The Agreement). There Isthe Potential For Multiple Awards As A Result Of This Rso (See Section 2.3).
