Nye Veier As Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Total Supplier Of Real Estate Services. The Service Will Be Carried Out On Property That Has Been Redeemed In Connection With Road Development, And Mainly Includes Residential Properties. The Properties Are Currently Located In The Southwest, Southeast, Inland And In Trøndelag. A Complete Overview Of The Location Of Todays Properties Is Shown In Appendix 1B. The Number Of Properties Is Relatively Stable, But There May Be Some Replacement During The Contract Period. The Subject Areas That Are Mostly Used In The Service Are Mainly Caretaker Services, And Then Pipe And Electricity Work, Cleaning And Building Services. Other Relevant Services May Also Be Relevant, The Supplier Can Then Be Requested To Collect This As A Subcontractor. Further Requirements For Competence With Personnel Who Will Perform Work On The Agreement Are Stated In Appendix 1. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide All These Services, If Necessary Using Subcontractors. The Supplier Is Responsible For Providing The Necessary Materials And Equipment To Perform The Work. Work To Be Carried Out On The Agreement Is Ordered By The Client. The Supplier Must Offer A Permanent Contact Person. This Person Should Be Responsible For Coordinating Assignments And Having The Dialogue With The Client. The Tasks To Be Performed Mainly Consist Of Preparation, Maintenance And Follow -Up Of Properties For Rental, As Well As Maintenance, Security And Supervision Of Properties That Are Empty. Estimated Annual Consumption Of The Agreement Is Approx. 3 Mnok Excl. Vat. The Maximum Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Limited Up To 18 Mnok. The Estimate Is Based On Previous Withdrawals And Expected Future Needs, And Is Not Binding On The Client.
