Tenders are invited for Delivery of Wire Rolls & Cables A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 5,000.00 (U.S Dollars Five Thousand only) or equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa, (MVR) in cash or telegraphic transfer directly to our head office. Documents shall be issued according to the below table. Registration 06th July 2025 17th July 2025 (on all working days) 09:00 hrs 15:00 hrs Issuing Tender Documents 06th July 2025 17th July 2025 (on all working days) 09:00 hrs 15:00 hrs Pre-bid Meeting 20th July 2025 (Sunday) 11:00 hrs Bid Opening 24th July 2025 (Thursday) 11:00 hrs The Bid Validity shall be minimum Sixty (60) days from the date of Bid opening. All Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand only) or equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa MVR which is valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bid. The Performance Security shall be 15% of the Bid Price. Bid Security and Performance Security shall be a bank guarantee letter (as per the format in the bid document), bank draft or an insurance policy. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 20th July 2025 (Sunday) at 11:00hrs Maldives local time at STELCO Head Office, 2nd Floor meeting room.
