The Services Inherent In Order Are To Be Commissioned On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement With A (1) Party And An Initial Term Of Eight (8) Years And A Unilaterable Option For The Contract Extension Of Once Two (2) Years. In Particular, The Following Performance Areas Are The Subject Of This Tender: • Application Operation: Technical Operation Of Critical It Applications • Platform Services: Provision, Management And Operation Of It Platforms (Including Basic Services And It Infrastructure) In The Datacenters Of Tennet • Network & Security Services: Management Of Wan- And Lan/Wlan Service Including Secure Access • Control Center Telephony: Operation And Maintenance Of Control Telephone Systems • Specific Services: Provision, Operation And Support Specific Mail Environments As Well As Workplace And Printer Systems In Safety-Sensitive Areas • Operations Control Center: Operation Of A 7X24 Operations Control Center For Continuous Monitoring Critical It Services As Well As The Acceptance, Forwarding And Controlling Of All Disorders And Service Requirements In The Sense Of A Skilled Service Desk • It Service Management & Governance: Management Of The Itil Processes In Coordination With Tennet And Other Service Providers, As Well As Building Up A Corresponding Governance Structure • Transitional Services And Projects: Planning And Fully Responsible Implementation Of The Transition (Incl.
