    It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support- Kemi City-Soc Service. By Its Request For Information, The City Of Kemi Has Previously Mapped Soc Services, Approaching Suppliers/Service Providers, Based On The Responses Received, The City Of Kemi Has Decided To Compete For The Soc Service Provider. The Security Operations Center (Soc) Service Covers Continuous Control Of The Organizations Security, Threat Identification, Alarm Handling And Fast Incident Response (Ir) 24/7/365. The Service Includes A Minimum Requirement For Log Data Collection And Analysis, Security Deviation Management, Reporting And Expert Level Support To Cyber Threats. The Soc Service Must Be Implemented In Close Cooperation With The Customer And It Must Produce Preventive And Reactive Security, And In Addition To Complying With Current Legislation On, For Example, Cyber Threats, Data Protection And Security. The Soc Service Must Enable The Organization To Constantly Improve The Control Of The Control Of The Cono-Improovement Ci, As Well As Knowledge Management For Security. Selection Criterion: The Most Affordable Price Is Accepted For Approved Offers. One (1) Service Provider With Whom The Contract Is Concluded, The Contract Period Is A Fixed Term For Four (4) Years, Starting From The Time Of The Contract Or At The Time Specifically Stated In The Contract. The Terms Of The Contract Are: (Jit 2025 - Consulting, Jit 2025 - Expert Work And Jit 2025 - Online).
