Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Event Management Eligibility of Bidders: MCA-Mongolia is seeking a firm with demonstrated extensive experience in organizing and managing high-profile events involving senior government officials, such as the President, members of Parliament, and Cabinet ministers, included in this assignment. The firm must have a proven track record in delivering high-quality corporate events, official ceremonies, and effective public relations and media campaigns. MCA-Mongolia aims to partner with a reliable and capable organization that is committed to adhering to branding standards, understanding the core values and overarching objectives of the Mongolia Water Compact, and ensuring full alignment in executing all activities related to this assignment. Given the nature of the tasks outlined in this Terms of Reference, interested firms must meet the following minimum qualifications. 1. Five (5) or more years of proven experience in organizing various events; 2. Three (3) or more successfully completed assignments within the last three (3) years, demonstrating the firms capability and experience in organizing events involving government officials, foreign ambassadors, or other VIP guests; 3. Demonstrated experience in graphic design, content development, and promotion of events; The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Mongolia (the Government) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Mongolia (the Compact) in the amount of approximately three hundred fifty million Dollars (US $350,000,000) (MCC Funding). The Government, acting through the Millennium Challenge Account Mongolia (the MCA-Mongolia), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract associated with this Request for Qualification Information. Any payments made by the MCA-Mongolia under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. No party other than the Government and the MCA-Mongolia shall derive any rights from the Compact or have any claim to the proceeds of MCC Funding.
