As Part Of This Framework Agreement, The Holder Must Ensure: - Maintenance Services (Corrective, Scalable, Adaptive/Maintenance In Security And Regulatory Condition). - Telephone And Support Services. The Department Of Savoy Sest Endowed In 2015 With The Open Source Of Electronic Document Management (Ged) Alfresco Content Services. This Solution Integrated Into Its Information System Aims To Doptimize And Rationalize The Management Of The Various Documents That Services Produce Or Use Within The Framework Of Their Activities, Including Documents Shared With External Partners. The Alfresco Content Services Solution Has Been Used In Production Since 01/01/2017 For The Electronic Management Of Documents Such As: - Accounting Supporting Documents (By Interface With The Grand -Angle Software), - Public Contracts, - Reports And Deliberations Of The Departmental Council (By Interface With The Oxyad Software), - Files Awaiting Electronic Signature By Iparapheur, - (Drinking Water), - Conventions From The Infrastructure Department, - Dart Works Courses And Tunnel Safety Files, - Procedures For The Management Of Dinformation Systems. In 2021, The Alfresco Solution Was Migrated On The Community Version. The Currently Installed Version Is 7.1. Lacord-Cadre Will Be Executed By Lemission Of Order Orders. The Services Are Paid By Unit Prices
