Tree-Maintenance Services-Hood And Planting Trees. The Municipality Of Utrecht Intends To Conclude Three Framework Agreements With Regard To Hood And Planting Trees. The Framework Agreements Are Entered Into For A Period Of Two Years And Can Be Extended Unilaterally By The Municipality For A Period Of Two Years Under The Same Conditions. The Municipal Area Is Divided Into Three Area. The Area Is Approximately The Same In Terms Of Number Of Trees. Each Awarded Tenderer Receives One Area. The Tenderer With The Height Score May Be The First To Choose An Area. The Tenderer Can Then Choose An Area With The Subsequent Score. The Tenderer With The Subsequent Score Is Assigned The Remaining Area. In Appendix 9 You Specify Your Preferences. If Fewer Than Three Valid Registrations Are Made, The Municipality Reserves The Right To Grant Or Not To Grant Fewer Parties. The Municipality Expects To Purchase Services Over The Entire Term (Maximum 4 Years) With An Expected Total Value Of € Xxx,000 Maximum Size (Or: Limiting) Of The Framework Agreement: The Municipality Will Purchase Services During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, With A Maximum Total Value Of € Xxx,000. As Soon As The Maximum Amount Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically.
