Advertising And Marketing Services-81316921 Framework For Social Media Services For International Cooperation Projects. Description Of The Tender Is Subject To The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement (Rv) On The Implementation Of Social Media Services By Qualified Agencies. The Rv Is Intended To Present The Basis For Future Individual Orders And Facilitate Cooperation Between The Parties. The Aim Is To Cover Recurring Needs Of Projects In The Field Of Sector And Global Projects (Globe) Of The German Society For International Cooperation (Giz) Gmbh And To Standardize The Access Of Social Media Services. The Individual Orders Are Then Called Up In Corresponding Packages Specified In Content And Scope. As Part Of The Tender, Three Agencies Are To Be United As Contractors Under The Rv. The Operations For The Implementation Of Social Media Services Are Called Up Below. The Rv Is Closed For The Period Of 24 Months, But The Option Of The Two -Time Contract Extension Is One Year Each. Overall, A Maximum Period Of Four Years Is To Be Covered. The Ans Can Be Used Several Times During The Contract Period, The Assignment Is Done Depending On The Needs. The Access Takes Place According To A Defined Mechanism According To The Rotary Process, I.E. As A Single Order In The Order Of The Profitability Of The Offers Bidder (Ranking After Overall Evaluation Of The Offers Of The Competition). The Rv Includes Six Performance Packages, Each With Several Subcategories. The Performance Catalog Is Divided As Follows: 1. Strategy Advice: Strategy Advice Includes The Development Of A Comprehensive Social Media Strategy For The Respective Commissioning Project. This Includes, Among Other Things, The Analysis Of The Target Group, Selection Of The Relevant Social Media Platforms And The Determination Of Measures To Achieve The Goals. 2. Editorial And Content Planning: The Content Planning Includes The Creation Of A Structured Plan For The Production And Publication Of Content On The Social Media Platforms. This Includes The Choice Of Topics, The Content Type, Timing And The Targeted Address Of The Target Group. A Distinction Must Be Made Between Different Time Models. A Well -Thought -Out Editorial Plan Should Offer Flexibility For Current Topics And Trends. 3. Canal Position And Support: This Area Includes The Creation Of Social Media Profiles On Various Platforms And Their Continuous Support. This Includes The Regular Position Of Content, Interacting With The Community, Maintaining The Profile And Analysis Of Results. 4. Content Production/ Creation: The Production Of Content Includes The Creation Of Visual And Textual Content That Supports The Strategic Goals.
