The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz And In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And In Annex 1.1-1.7 To Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz. 4. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be An Independent Public Provincial Complex Hospital In Szczecin With Headquarters At 4, 71-455 Szczecin, In The Location At Ul. Arkońska 4 And At Ul. Sokołowskiego 11. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor With Key Tasks Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Other Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Contract To Subcontractors. In The Event Of An Intention To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In Its Offer Part Of The Contract (Material Ranges), Which The Performance Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Providing The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such An Indication Should Be Placed On The Offer. In The Absence Of An Indication In The Subcontracting Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On The Conditions Specified In The Contract. 6. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7) Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. 7. Orders Referred To In Point 6 Above Will Consist In Repetition Of Services In Accordance With The Services Constituting The Subject Of This Contract And Services Similar To Them In The Technological Aspect Of Their Performance. The Material Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of Orders, Referred To In Point 6 Above, Will Cover The Services Of Disinfectant Washing Together With The Lease Of Hospital, Operational, Protective Clothing, Transport And A Comprehensive Service For Spwsz In Szczecin In Locations At Ul. Arkońska 4 And At Ul. Sokołowskiego 11, I.E. Actions Indicated In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And Provided In The Manner Described There, When Adapting The Provisions To The Needs Of The Order. The Adjustment Will Apply To The Amount And Type Of Range. 8. The Material Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of Orders Referred To In Point 7 Above Does Not Exceed Pln 1,767,406.53 Net. 9. Orders Referred To In Point 6 Above Will Be Awarded After A Separate Public Procurement Procedure Under The Free -Hand Order. 10. Orders Referred To In Point 6 Above Will Be Awarded In The Event Of A Need To Increase The Material Scope Of Services Constituting
