Dye And Membrane Vending Machines Are Purchased For The Purchase Of One (1) Derived Vending Machine And Two (2) Membrane Vending Machines In The Pathology Unit In Meilahti In Meilahti. The New Devices To Be Purchased Will Replace The Subscribers Old, Similar Equipment At The End Of Their Service Life. The Equipment Must Be Delivered, Installed, Received And Invoiced By 31.12.2025. The Dyeing Machine And Membrane Blanket Machine Must Be Interconnected So That The Colored Glasses In The Dye Machine Are Automatically Transferred To The Membrane Disposal Machine. In Addition, It Is Required That The Dyeing Machine Offered Can Be Seamlessly Connected To The Sakura Film Film Dollm To The Sakura Film Disposal Atm And The Film Covering Machine Can Be Automatically Connected To The Prisma Or Prisma Plus Coloring Machine. The Discoloration And Membrane Vending Machines To Be Purchased Must Be New And Unused And Must Be Granted At Least Twenty (24) Month Warranty Period. A Separate Maintenance Agreement Is Drawn Up For The Maintenance Service (Appendix 4). After The Warranty Period, The Subscriber Will Decide Which Level Of Service (1-3) Will Be Followed. Accessories And Consumption Supplies Continuing To Purchase Also Includes Accessories And Consumption Accessories (Accessories) For Separately Used In Dyeing And Membrane Cover Vending Machines. A Separate Supply Agreement Is Drawn Up For Supplies (Appendix 5). Options Included In The Procurement May Obtain A Total Of Two (2) Diaphragmatic Machines In Meilahti, Jorvi, Hyvinkää, Lappeenranta And/Or Kotka For The Pathology Units Of The Subscriber Responsible Pathology Units, And Two (2) Filing Machines For These Equipment. The Subscriber Must Order The Coloring And/Or Membrane Covering Equipment To Be Ordered As Options By 2028. The Subscriber Selects One (1) Supplier From Whom The Acquisition Will Be Selected. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts As The Acquisition Constitutes An Appropriate Entity. Note! The Amount Of Procurement Provided In The Invitation To Tender Is Estimated And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation Or The Exclusive Right To Provide Equipment, Maintenance Or Supplies To The Supplier. The Subject Of The Acquisition And The Requirements Of It Are Described In Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes.
