Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Medical Gas Supply, Equipment and Storage of Liquid Gas for the District General Hospital, Nawalapitiya for the Year 2025/2026. A Bid Security worth LKR 120,000.00, either in cash or a bank guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in favour of the Director, District General Hospital, Nawalapitiya. Bid Applications can be obtained from the Accoutns Branch of the District General Hospital, Nawalapitiya from 02.07.2025 to 21.07.2025 on working days between 09.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. To obtain bidding documents, a non-refundable fee of LKR 5,000.00 must be paid to the Accounts Section and Submit the payment receipt along with a request letter and a certified copy of the Business Regsitration Certificate.
