Expression of Interest for Purchase of Minor Damaged 313 Drilling Casings from Panafrican Energy Tanzania Limited Operations in Songo Songo Island Pan African Energy Tanzania Limited NEM a producer, marketer and distributor of Natural Gas from the Songo Songo Gas Field in Kilwa district, Lindi Region invites potential bidders to submit their expressions of interest to purchase a total of 313 drilling casings with minor damages which were left over by a drilling campaign and no longer usable for drilling operations. Bidder must be experienced and capable of undertaking the following Scope of Work (I) Conduct site visit Songo Songo Island and conduct product inspection within 14 days from the date of publication of this Eol at the bidders cost as part of the process towards confirmation of casings conditions prior the bidding process. (II) Purchase and dispose of the whole lot of the casings available. (iii) The highest bidder will be expected to make payment within? days following winning the bid to purchase. (iv) Manage all logistical arrangements that adhere to PAET HSE policies to remove all 313 drilling casings from the Songo Songo island to their designated destinations. (v) The winning bidder must submit an indicative plan for disposal and final usage of the casings (scrap metals) in compliance with local regulations, i.e., NEMC Metal Disposal Regulations. Requirements (I) Company Registration documents I.e. BRELA. NEMC. etc. (II) Bidders must comply with the Petroleum Act 2026 with its Local content regulations 2(117. IQ Bidders must comply with Environmental Management (Hazardous Waste Control and Management) Regulations of 2021, Regulations 15 to 31, 37, 38-41. (iv) Copies of companys Legal document. Business Licence, TINNAT Certificate, Tax Clearance etc (v) Proof of EWURA LSSP Registration for local companies (vi) Latest ORS Annual Return/ORS Official Company Search (Form 12B not accepted) (vii) Any other documents/certificates deemed necessary for carrying out the assignment.
