1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance In The Design And Build Mode Of Construction Of A New Headquarters Of The Social Welfare Center At Ul. Wileńska 23 In Wołomin As Part Of The Investment Task Construction Of The New Headquarters Of The Social Welfare Center In Wołomin At 23 Wileńska St. In Wołomin (Hereinafter Referred To As Investment). 2. The Investment Referred To In Point Pln 3. The Contractor Under The Subject Of The Agreement Undertakes: 1) Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ppu, The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, 2) Perform Multi-Free, Complete Design Documentation, As-Built Documentation, As Well As Performing Demolition, Construction, Finishing And Assembly Works, Removal Of Collision, Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of The First. Equipment, 3) Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, Approvals And Declarations Of Compliance, As Well As The Latest Technical Knowledge And Due Diligence, 4) Perform And Give The Contracting Authority The Subject Of The Contract Within A Date Agreed, 5) To Settle All Formalities On Behalf Of The Ordering Party With Networks In Order To Remove A Collision And Connecting The Object. To The Heat, Water Supply, Sewage, Power, Gas And Telecommunications Networks, Including Current Technical Conditions, Necessary Permits, Arrangements, Making Design Documentation Necessary To Remove The Collision And Connect The Facility To The Abovementioned Networks And Incurring Related Costs, 6) Make The Necessary Technical Trials Made And Installed Devices, Technological Start -Up, Protocol Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract For Operation With The Active Participation Of Representatives Of The Contracting Authority, 7) Transfer To The Contracting Authority Property Rights To Works Created As A Result Of The Contract In Accordance With § 12 Ppu, 8) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Necessary For The Implementation And Use Of Investments. Consent, Arrangements, Decisions Referred To In Pfu And In Particular: A) A Decision Allowing The Construction Of A Building Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, B) A Decision To Demolish Existing Outbuildings, As Long As Design Solutions Require, C) Final And Unconditional Permission To Use The Construction Of A Built Building Building.
