Freedom At The Cemetery In Golin. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Also Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Options In The Field Of Authors Supervision Over The Developed Documentation. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Performance Of The Field Vision, 2) Developing And Agreeing The Final Design Concept With The Employer (Based On An Illustrative Concept Attached To The Tender Procedure), 3) Implementation Of Project Documentation On The Basis Of A Agreed Concept, Including In Particular A Construction Project Consisting Of: A) Land Development Project, B) Technical Design, C) In Particular The Road, Sanitary, Electrical (If Concerned) Industries, Along With Obtaining The Decisions Required By Law, Arrangements, Opinions And Documents Necessary To Perform The Contract, 4) Execution Of The Executive Project (If The Detail Of The Technical Design Is Insufficient). The Contracting Authority Accepts The Implementation Of A Technical Design With Extended Detail Enabling The Efficient Implementation Of The Road Reconstruction, 5) Performing A Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry Separately, 6) Implementation Of The Investor And Offer Cost Estimate (Zero - Blind) For Each Industry Separately, 7) Developing Technical Specifications For The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 8) The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To The Agreement (For Part And Contract) And Resulting From Applicable Provisions In The Scope Enabling The Award Of A Public Procurement In Accordance With Public Procurement Law And The Implementation Of Construction Works, 9) Obtaining, For Conducting Construction Works, A Certificate Of No Grounds To Raise Objection To Submitting Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit (Made In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction), 10) If In Order To Submit Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit- There Is A Need To Perform Additional Studies, Calculations Or Additional Arrangements Not Mentioned In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And Attachments To It, The Contractor Will Perform Them As Part Of This Order And As Part Of The Offer Amount, 11) Transfer Of Proprietary Property Rights To Documentation, Including All The Documents Produced And Obtained. The Documentation Should Describe The Investment Task In Detail And Be Sufficient To Conduct The Procedure For Construction Works And The Award Of Public Procurement On These Works Based On The Provisions Of Pzp, 12) Providing Answers And Explanations In The Field Of Inquiries Regarding Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Which Will Receive From Bidders During The Tender Procedure
