The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Remople Of Poviat Road No. 2455D Nawojów Łużycki - Henryków Lubański Damaged As A Result Of The Flood In September 2024. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect, In Particular With The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320). The Operation Includes The Renovation Of The Section Of The Poviat Road No. 2455D Of Nawojów Łużycki-Henryków, In Km 3+700-9+326 In Henryków On The Section 5,626Km. Poviat Road No. 2455D On The Indicated Section Is Located In Built -Up Areas. Road Renovation Takes Into Account The Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Road And Downhill, Profiling Drainage Ditches, Execution Of Conventions For Municipal Roads, Properties As Well As Agricultural Land. It Is Expected To Perform Surface Bituminous Works On The Road, Align And Supplement The Roadside With Stone Material, And The Replacement Of Protective And Steel Barriers Was Taken Into Account. There Is Also A Reconstruction Of The Existing Pavement And Curbs Protecting The Properties Against Rainwater From The Road Lane, As Well As The Implementation Of Rows From Stone Cubes And Stroke Watercourse Made Of Concrete Cubes. The Section Of The Renovated Road Is Planned To Cut Trees In The Ø Dimension From 46-75Cm. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The As -Built Documentation With A Set Of Documents Confirming The Quality Of Built -In Materials And Required Tests, As Well As A Geodetic Survey (Collaudatt), With A Notification To Geodetic Resources And Obtaining A Permit For Use (If Required By Decisions).
