The Subject Of The Investment Is Renovation Together With The Modernization Of The Village Hall In Dąbrówka. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Renovate With The Modernization Of The Existing Building. Construction And Renovation Works (In Accordance With The Attached Work Predecession) Include:- Replacement Of The Electrical And Sanitary Installation Along With The Replacement Of The Central Heating Furnace. - Renovation Of Rooms Intended For Daytime Rooms, Kitchen, Toilets, Cloakrooms. In The Scope Of Works, All Finishing And Repair Work Should Be Taken Into Account. The Surfaces Of The Walls And Ceilings, After Completed Construction And Installation Works, Should Be Equalized, Primed And Painted. The Colors Of The Rooms Should Be Agreed At The Stage Of Works With The Employer. At The Price Of The Offer, The Export And Utilization Of All Materials From Dismantling Should Be Taken Into Account. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contract Includes A Small Scope Of Work, Which Means That There Is No Need To Divide It Into Smaller To Allow Smaller Entrepreneurs/Contractors To Order. Therefore, The Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order Could Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order. 3. The Contracting Authority Will Be Obliged To Ensure And Make Available The Construction Site. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
