Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Happy (Qualitative Requirements For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract) .B) Halfter No. 5 - Specification Of Deliveries, The Contractor Provides First -Class Quality Products, Fresh, Corresponding To The Quality Standards Competent For A Given Type Of Products That Apply In Poland, With Current Shelf Life Dates And Products That Meet The Quality Requirements Indicated In Annex 4. Nutritional And Allergenic Ingredients And Visible Date Of The Shelf Life. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Products In Food To The Abovementioned Departments By Own Transport At Their Own Expense And Risk, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For Food Transport In Accordance With The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Other Currently Applicable Law In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Cost Of Delivery Must Be Included In The Unit Prices Of Products.
