Advertising Campaign Services-Preparation And Conduct Of An Information And Promotion Campaign For The Lesser Poland Night Of Scientists 2025 (Mnn). 1. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Preparation And Conduct Of The Information And Promotion Campaign Of The Lesser Poland Night Of Scientists 2025-In Accordance With The Content Of Annex 1D To Swz. 2. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 1D To Swz And It Will Be Introduced As An Attachment To The Public Procurement Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options. The Rules For Exercising The Right Of Options Were Set Out In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 1C To Swz. 5. The Ordering Party According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Implementation
