Request for Quotation for Computer Servers The Government Of The Bahamas Has Received Financing From The Inter-American Development Bank Toward The Cost Of The Government Digital Transformation To Strengthen Competitiveness Programme (4549/Oc-Bh; Bh-L1045), And It Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds Of This Financing For Eligible Payments. 2. You Are Invited To Submit A Quotation For The Following Items, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications As Outlined On The Attached Schedule A. A. All Suppliers May Present Their Quotation Including One Or More Items. We Reserve The Right To Accept Quotations For Servers And Accessories From Different Suppliers And Is Not Bound To Procure All The Items From The Same Supplier. B. The Quotations Will Be Evaluated Based On The Supplier Meeting All The Technical Requirements, And Then Price Comparison. C. A Purchase Order Shall Be Issued To The Most Qualified Supplier, I.E. Satisfying The Required Technical Specifications And Offering The Lowest Evaluated Price Per Item
