12 Two Design -Cost Documentation Has Been Prepared, Separately For The Following Ranges Of The Works: A) Renovation Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Boarding School With The Boiler Room, Which Is Located In The Workshop Building, B) Renovation Of Rooms After The Flood In The Workshop Building, - At The Ohp Training And Upbringing Center In Mysłakowice. The Values Presented In The Bill Of Quantities Serve Auxiliary Purposes When Calculating The Price Of The Offer, While The Price Offered By The Contractor Is A Flat -Rate Price, And Therefore Should Take Into Account All Expenditure That Is Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Described In Swz. 2. A Detailed Description And Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Design Documentation, A Predetermination Of Works, A Detailed Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz And In The Contract Templates, Separately For The Scope Of Renovation Tasks Specified In Point 1A) And 1B).
