The Order Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Works: • Maintenance Of A Historic Economic Outbuilding, • Execution Of Roads For Traffic And Pedestrian Traffic, • Execution Of Garden Works • Assembly Of Benches. A Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Construction Design - Department I - Land Development Project, Except For: Execution Of A Gravel Band, Renovation Of External Stairs Together With Balustrades Renovation Of Basement Wells; 2) Construction Project - Section Ii - Architectural And Construction Design - Only Renovation Of A Historic Outbuilding Marked With Symbol C; 3) Construction Project - Section Iii - Conservation Work Program - Only Renovation Of A Historic Economic Person Marked With Symbol C; 4) Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works - In Terms Of Works The Guidelines Of The Ordering Party; 5) The Bill Of Quantities (Construction Works + Garden Works); 6) Guidelines For The Manner Regarding The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation (Projects, Bills), Technical Specifications Of Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works, Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Contract, As Well Technical Knowledge And Administrative Decisions.
