Podworska And Gołębia In Wola Więcławska, 4) Learn Street Lighting Lamps On Existing Circuits. 5) Replacement Of Existing Street Lighting Lamps, 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 1) Design Documentation Approved Applications Or Building Permits: A) Construction Design And Technical Design - Construction Of Street Lighting Lines On Existing Poles Along Ul. Słuębna In The Town Of Górna Wieś - (Annex No. 8.1 To Swz); B) Construction Project And Technical Design - Construction Of Street Lighting Lines On Existing Poles Along Ul. Krzemieniec In Młodziejowice - (Annex No. 8.2 To Swz); C) Construction Project And Technical Design - Construction Of Street Lighting Lines On Existing Poles Along Ul. Podworska And Gołębia In Wola Więcławska - (Annex No. 8.3 To Swz); D) Location Of Street Lighting Lamps To Learn On Existing Circuits - (Annex No. 8.4 To Swz). The Above -Mentioned Documents Are To Be Treated As Mutually Complementary. 5. Before Starting The Lamp Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Permission From The Employer To Install The Proposed Led Lamps. In Order To Obtain The Above -Mentioned Consent, The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With Relevant Certificates, Declarations And Other Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Minimum Technical Requirements Of Led Luminaires Specified In Annex No. 12 To Swz.
