The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Changing The Use Of The Former School Building In Olpuch To The Building Of The Care And Residential Center In The Design And Build Mode, In The Following Scope:-Development Of Project Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) And Obtaining Permission To Implement The Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Task. Attention By The Contractor! The Contracting Authority Has A Current Map For Design Purposes For The Subject Of The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program For The Task: Changing The Use Of The Former School Building In Olpuch To The Building Of The Care And Housing Center, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. Material Resort Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified Above Includes In Particular: A) The Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation And Obtaining Relevant Permits, B) Performance In Accordance With The Design Documentation Of All Construction Works, C) Preparation, C) Preparation Complete As -Built Documentation; Documents Necessary To Obtain Permits For The Use Or To Obtain Effectively Legal Notifications About The Completion Of Construction Works, 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract (Referred To Above), The Contractor Will Comply With The Requirements Contained In Pfu.
