The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Social Facilities Building For The Osp Ziempniów. The Reconstruction Of The Building Will Consist Of:- Additional Interior Doors Have Been Designed As A Combination Of Ombot Rooms, Three Windows Will Be Walled Up,- New Floors Will Be Made In The Part Existing With Insulation And Insulation, The Development Of The Building Will Consist Of:- Expanding The Building By One Room Intended For The Meeting Room,- New Entrance Stairs Were Designed For Disabled People, Investments In Such A Way That The Contracting Authority Can Obtain A Decision On The Permit To Use A Building. Note! The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Cover: 1. Demolition Works Of Existing Foundations2. Curning Of The Square At The Building Of The Following Elements, Please Do Not Include When Valuing The Task. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Technical Documentation (Description) And In The Bill Of Quantities (They Constitute An Auxiliary Document In The Valuation Of Works). Due To The Fact That The Work Contract Is A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Event Of More Works Or Materials During The Works In Any Predecessor Position, It Will Not Be Able To Be Considered Additional Works With The Request Of Additional Remuneration, But As Necessary Works And Materials That The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform And Deliver As Part Of The Price Specified In The Offer. Any Lack In The Pre -City Of Works And Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Project Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At The Contractual Price.
