Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel To A Building Located In Zamość At Ul. Partyzantów 94

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Delivery (Sale, Delivery, Distribution/Transmission Services) Of High -Mannas Natural Gas To The Building Located In Zamość At Ul. Partyzantów 94.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have: 1) A Current License For Conducting Business Activity In The Field Of Trading (Sales) Of Natural Gas, 2) Of The Current License In The Field Of Natural Gas Distribution Of The Current General Contract With The Operator Of The Distribution System (Osd) For The Provision Of Natural Gas Distribution Services In The Area Where There Is A Place To Supply Natural Gas Concluded For A Period Not Shorter Than The Contract. 3. Sales, Delivery Of Natural Gas And Provision Of Transmission (Distribution) Services Will Take Place On The Conditions Set Out In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Enforcement Provisions To This Act And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions. 4. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet The Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis And The Act Of 16 February 2007 On Oil Reserves, Oil And Natural Gas, And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Fuel Security And Disturbances On The Oil Market (Consolidated Text: From 2024, Item 1281. Gas Fuel Will Be Used 100% For Heating Purposes. 6. The Demand For Natural Gas Indicated In This Description Of The Order May Differ From The Actual Gas Consumption During The Contract Duration, Is Estimated And Is Estimated And Is A Forecast, Made By The Contracting Authority Based On Data Of Gas Consumption In Previous Periods. 7. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel - High -Methane Natural Gas (Type E), With Heat Of Combustion Not Less Than 38 [Mj/M3], At A Pressure Not Lower Than 1.8 [Kpa] .9. Data On Natural Gas Collection Points: 1) A Boiler Room Located In An Office Building Located In Zamość At Ul. Partyzantów 94, 22-400 Zamość, 2) Tariff Group-Bw- 5, (Distribution Durable W-5.1), 3) Contractual Power Ordered-121 Kwh/H, 4) Estimated Consumption Of High -Man Natural Gas In The Year-Approx. 212,000 Kwh.10. Minimum Gas Fuel Consumption Necessary To Ensure The Safety Of Persons And Excluding Damage Or Destruction Of Technological Facilities Found In The Abovementioned Facilities: 4 M3/H.11. In Total, The Planned Approximate Demand (Forecast) Of Natural Gas For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Is: 424,000.00 Kw
